Our Mission and Goal at ExpressionLines.com, is to offer our clients products which produce results at the lowest price. Guaranteed lowest price on any item we sell! If you find it for less prior to purchase or 30 days after your purchase, we will refund the difference plus 10% of the difference. Price must be verifiable and item must be in stock. Your satisfaction with our service is our # 1 priority, order with confidence, we will not be undersold!

While we realize others may carry the same products, we strongly feel that our customer care is what makes the difference in the end. We treat each of our customers with respect and try our best to make sure that no one is left dissatisfied. Our on board physician is happy to answer any questions regarding the product line we carry and its benefits. We strive to respond to everyone within a twenty four hour period or sooner. ExpressionLines is Kurant™ Secure Site.

We use secure servers that utilize the industry's standard Secure Socket Layer (SSL) encryption. SSL is state of the industry technology that allows for a secure and safe purchase transaction.

We take all reasonable security measures to protect stored personal and financial information. Credit card numbers are used only for payment processing. ExpressionLines will not provide our customers' personal or financial information to other companies or individuals.

We use an outside shipping company to ship orders, and a credit card processing company to bill users for goods and services. These companies do not retain, share, store or use personally identifiable information for any secondary purposes.


Return Policy

We at ExpressionLines.com want you to be happy with every purchase that you make at our store. If you are dissatisfied with your purchase for any reason, please contact us to arrange the return of the product.* We offer in-store credit/exchange or refund with a 10% restocking fee on products returned to us within 30 days of purchase. All returned merchandise must have the original sales slip enclosed. You will need a return merchandise authorization number (RMA) in order for it to be accepted. Return the product via UPS or US mail or other common carrier prepaid and insured. Retain your shipping receipt for proof. Note: We cannot accept responsibility for uninsured packages returned through the US Postal Service. Shipping rates for packaging, insurance and delivery are not reimbursable. 

Please be advised that prior authorization is required on all returns.

Any returns sent to us without return authorization cannot be accepted. Return acceptance is at the sole discretion of ExpressionLines.

For authorization to obtain a refund, email info@expressionlines.com.  Our customer service department will be in touch with you in 1-2 business days.  Please allow up to two weeks for the return to be processed, at which time a credit, exchange or a return will be made. IP addresses, etc. are not linked to personally identifiable information. ExpressionLines does provide links to other web sites but is not responsible for the privacy practices or content of these other sites.
